ROLE: Ensure that all NDIS clients access high quality, reliable individualised Behaviour support strategies | Assess, Plan, Implement, Educate, Empower, Monitor, Refer, | Assist clients to foster positive relationships by building communication and life skills | Identify early signs of behaviour | Implement safe and reliable strategies to replace, eliminate or reduce behaviours of concern | Help clients overcome personal, social and economic barriers | Clients are on their individual pathways to independence, inclusion and wellbeing
TEAM: Inclusive and collaborative team of Behaviour Support Practitioners, Psychologist’s, Allied Health Assistants and Occupational Therapists
SALARY: $90,000 Base + Super | Bonus | 4 days Extra Paid Leave
