Supporting organisations and their people across a wide range of areas including individual counselling services, manager support, financial counselling, legal counselling, nutritional counselling, workplace conflict, critical incident management, preventative and proactive wellbeing and psychology training, workplace climate and wellbeing assessments, problematic gambling assessments, career coaching, online skills assessment and training, and mental health and wellbeing strategy development and implementation.

About the Role of Assessment, Wellbeing and Training – Psychologist

This role is responsible for managing and conducting wellbeing and psychometric assessments and related debriefs, problematic gambling assessments and related reports, virtual short-term and solution focused counselling, virtual organisational coaching, and virtual wellbeing and psychology workshops and seminars to Drake WorkWise customers and clients. 

This role is open to those needing flexible work arrangements, however we are ideally looking for a full-time employee based in Sydney. However, Drake is also willing to consider part time applicants and working remotely from another state.

About You

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • To be a registered Psychologist with AHPRA
  • Strong assessment skills
  • Excellent presentation skills including the development and delivery of workshops
  • Experience in organisational consultancy desirable
  • Experience with organisational climate assessments
  • Experience with Employee Assistance Programs would be highly regarded
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
