About the role

Managing a case load this role provides trauma informed early intervention strategies on a short-term basis or through group work and community engagement.

About you

You’ll share our passion for supporting children and youth reach their goals, be solution focused and committed to best practice service delivery. You’ll have a human centred approach in all you do and be looking to join a supportive team that is committed to ongoing practice development. Your key experience will include:

  • Tertiary Degree in relevant Human Services field
  • Demonstrated success working with complex young people and their families
  • Experience liaising and advocating with other providers
  • Extensive experience in trauma informed and evidence-based practice
  • Exceptional communication skills across a diverse stakeholder group
  • Drivers Licence
  • Working with Children Check
  • Influenza and COVID vaccinations are preferred but not required
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
