We are looking for an EAP and Organisation Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Northern team on either a Full Time or Part Time (0.8FTE) basis to guide and gain the acceptance of others regarding the practices, systems and processes required to achieve program and service delivery outcomes. 

Do you fit the bill?

  • Degree in Psychology, Social Work or equivalent tertiary qualifications that are recognised to deliver discipline-specific therapeutic interventions, counselling and support services 
  • Demonstrated experience in providing psychoeducation, skills training and counselling services for individuals and teams who may be impacted by a range of vulnerabilities
  • Demonstrated understanding of the impacts of workplace stressors in a variety of industries and sensitivity to the needs of individuals, teams, and their families
  • Knowledge and understanding of discipline-specific theory and practice, including trauma-informed practice and the psychological development of vulnerabilities
  • Ability to communicate and engage with clients therapeutically and to assist clients with a broad range of capabilities, motivational levels, and health profiles, and from a range of socio-economic and cultural backgrounds


  • Salary starting from $79,312 + Super / *Pro-rata
