Experienced Social Worker Caraniche


Who we are looking for
We are currently seeking an experienced Social Worker, who can demonstrate knowledge of individual and/or group counselling, to join Caraniche’s CARE team (Counselling and Recovery Empowerment).  You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an AOD role and ideally have worked with dual diagnosis’.  
About the Role
CARE has a team of clinicians who provide group and individual treatment to forensic and voluntary clients with alcohol and other drug (AOD) use issues and co-occurring complexities. This treatment includes individual counselling, AOD Screening/Assessment and care co-ordination as well as facilitation of group programs to offenders in the community. 
This is an excellent opportunity to develop and extend your clinical skills in working with complex dual diagnosis clients within the community, whilst accessing high quality clinical supervision and professional development.

Job Salary

$70,000-$90,000 (based on quals + exp) + super
