Your new role
- Deliver innovative and evidence-based interventions to support vulnerable families, with a unique focus on infants aged 0-5 years.
- Participate in outcomes-focused systemic psycho-social risk assessment and case planning
- Facilitate the deliver of group work and evidence-based programs and practices, including Promoting First Relationships (PFR)
- Engage in networking opportunities and partnerships to build effective collaborations in order to offer best practice services to infants and families
About you
- You have a qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Child & Family Social Welfare or a related discipline
- Demonstrated skills and experience working therapeutically with children and families who are affected by family violence, child abuse, neglect and other complex needs
- You have skills and knowledge in relation to infant mental health and development
- You can competently apply practice models, theoretical frameworks, organisational procedures, risk assessment, management tools and legislation with clients
- Proven ability to understand the sector and funding bodies
- A Demonstrated capability to network and build productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
