Are you an experienced Primary Teacher with a strong passion for the health & wellbeing of young people? Are you looking for a role outside of the classroom where you can make an impact on everyday life?  Then this is the role for you!

 

Victory Lutheran College are searching for an enthusiastic and passionate Mental Health & Wellbeing Leader to join our College community in 2024!

This rare and unique opportunity is a newly created role, that will imbed a proactive focus on the promotion and prevention of mental health and wellbeing for our Primary students. You will work closely with our Primary Teachers to implement and drive health and wellbeing programs, approaches and initiatives, that will enable teachers to provide a consistent and holistic approach to support to the needs of our students. You will act as the key conduit in creating referral pathways once a teacher or staff member identifies a need for support.
