About the role
Horsham Mental Health Service is a division of Grampians Health. As a Mental Health Clinician based in Horsham you will carry a manageable caseload of clients with significant mental health difficulties and provide evidence-based treatment. You will encounter a diverse range of presentations, conduct crisis assessments and develop appropriate plans for people experiencing acute symptoms and/or psychosocial distress. Working in our team will provide you with the opportunity to develop and consolidate your diagnostic skills, your understanding of psychotropic medications and your treatment skills within a supportive multidisciplinary team including regular consultation with our psychiatrist. Personal professional development through ongoing tertiary education and other opportunities are encouraged.
