We are seeking applications for content writers within a new fully online Postgraduate Mental Health and Wellbeing stream of study in Psychology at Monash University.
This stream will focus on applying mental health in practice, in a broad range of contexts and sectors. Students will gain knowledge of contemporary issues and understanding of diverse populations, contextualised to mental health settings.
The units are included below:
- Counselling skills for Mental Health and Wellbeing
- Supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing in Older Adults
These positions will be sessional and each unit will involve 12 weeks full time equivalent work per unit, with potential ongoing opportunities. You will need to be available at least 2-3 days per week to fulfil these roles starting 25 July 2022.
To be eligible for these positions, you will have a background in mental health practice (from Social Work / Counselling / Psychology / Allied Health) and experience in teaching/curriculum design.
The responsibilities of this role for all units include:
- Online curriculum development (e.g., learning outcomes, learning activities, module content and assessments)
- Working closely with the Chief Examiner and learning designers to create online content
