The Mindmap Clinical Lead will assist with service delivery and maintain a caseload as negotiated with the Manager, along with the day-to-day operations of the Portal, providing leadership to team members, monitoring progress and supporting service delivery staff with the complexities of delivering the service.
The Role
Duties of the Mindmap Clinical Lead include;
- clinical leadership
- line management responsibilities
- facilitation of team meetings
- debriefing, recruitment
- rostering, timesheets.
The Mindmap Clinical Lead will be responsible for maintaining KPI’s, along with stakeholder and community engagement.

Ideal person
The ideal person we are looking for has:
- Relevant qualifications including one of the following; 1) Psychology; 2) Social Work, 3) Counselling or equivalent.
- Demonstrated skills and experience working in the mental health sector with individuals, particularly children, adolescents and parents/caregivers.
- Commitment to and proficiency delivering evidence-based interventions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, and good time management skills
Desirable
- Experience in frontline management
You will also be required to undergo a National Police Check.
To be considered for this role you will be also required to hold:
- a current drivers licence, and
- a Working with Vulnerable People Card
