The Position
We invite suitably experienced and qualified candidates to apply for this position. This is a full-time, on-going position commencing Term 1, 2023. Part time employment would be considered for suitable candidates.
This role presents a great opportunity for psychologists with two or more year of practice experience. Experience working in schools or working specifically with children and adolescents would be advantageous. Experience working in a junior school environment would also be advantageous.
As a member of the School Counselling Team, the role of School Psychologist is to provide child and adolescent psychological services to all students. Delivering a flexible approach in responding to student wellbeing and mental health needs, including acute needs, this role ensures the School provides the necessary support to students and families within the School. The role of School Psychologist facilitates student access and participation in psychological services to maximise well-being and educational outcomes for students.
