About CareIn Counselling

Hi, I am Sonchoita With over 8 years of experience as a yoga practitioner and teacher, and formal qualifications in Community Services, Mental Health and Counselling, I bring both clinical knowledge and embodied awareness to my work. I am a registered CPCA (Certified Practicing Counsellors of Australia) member. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centred and grounded in nervous system awareness. I believe healing happens when we feel safe — both emotionally and physically. Therapy with me includes: -Evidence based counselling techniques -Psychoeducation -Emotional regulation tools -Breath and grounding techniques -Gentle body awareness

Initial Consult (60min) – $120.00; Followup session(50min) – $100.00, NDIS (60mins) – $120.00, Group Therapy(60mins) – $30 -$40 per person depending ongroup size
