I am a qualified counsellor and the founder of Table Talk Therapy & Supports, providing person-centred counselling and support to children and young people aged 6–17. I have experience working with young people with Autism (ASD), ADHD, behavioural challenges, anxiety, grief and loss, as well as supporting individuals with more complex needs through NDIS services. My approach is focused on building a genuine, trusting relationship where young people feel heard, respected and comfortable being themselves. I use a practical and individualised approach, adapting counselling to each young person’s age, communication style, strengths and needs. I am passionate about helping young people build confidence, develop coping and emotional regulation skills, navigate challenges and recognise their own strengths in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment.
