Refund Policy

CPCA Membership fees are structured as subscriptions, payable on an annual basis.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 business days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

Administrative Fee

All eligible refunds are subject to a $20 administrative fee. This fee covers the costs of processing the request, auditing records, and transaction reversals.

Refund Calculation

The $20 fee will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Example: If your purchase was $100, you will receive an $80 refund.
  • Minimum Threshold: If the original transaction value is $20 or less, no refund will be issued after the deduction of the administrative fee.

How to Request

To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within the 10-day period. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Processing Time

Once your request is approved, the remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on individual banking institutions.
