Psychologist or Mental Health Accredited Social Worker for Dynamic Practice 

 

Flexible Position for the Right Psychologist or Mental Health-Accredited Social Worker 

Berry Collective Psychology is a well-established multidisciplinary team of dynamic mental health professionals. We are looking for like-minded clinicians to join us! We are especially interested in those who have experience working with children under 10 years old. If you are a Psychologist (Clinical, Developmental or Registered) or a Mental Health-Accredited Social Worker with a passion for working with children and young adults, we would love to hear from you!

The Position: 

Part-time contractor position. 

Option for ongoing position or 6-12 month maternity leave position. 

Face to face and telehealth interventions. 

Individual therapy with all ages, including young children. Couple and family work also available. 

Cognitive, Educational and ASD Assessments using our iPads and Q-Interactive software. 

Opportunities to use many modes of practice with our varied client group, e.g. psychotherapy, play therapy, DBT, EMDR, schema therapy, group therapy, etc. 

Referrals through Medicare, WorkCover, NDIS, CTP/MAA, DVA, Victims Services. 

Your choice of weekly or fortnightly peer supervision.

Experience: Providing clinical interventions for children, adolescents, adults and families; Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches; Safety-planning and managing at-risk clients; Understanding of psychometric testing and cognitive assessments; Liaising with other professionals and organisations. 

Registration: 1. Psychologist registered with AHPRA and Medicare (or eligible for same). 2. Social Worker with Mental Health Accreditation through AASW and registered as a Medicare provider (or eligible for same). 

Please note: Only social workers who already have their mental-health accreditation will be considered for this role.
