About the Role

We’re seeking pastoral counsellors or chaplains to use their pastoral care skills in order to support delivery of a variety of Onsite workplace support needs, including one on one pastoral counselling/chaplaincy, coaching, and small group facilitation. We are seeking a consultant to deliver work for 5 hours per month on average, for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. We are open to this role being undertaken as a contractor or an employee.

 

We are looking for individuals who:

·       Have had experience in a relevant role

·       Relevant qualification and registration with the appropriate professional body.

·       Are caring, compassionate and driven to make a positive difference in people’s lives

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Proactive, with demonstrated ability to manage own time, priorities and workload factors

·       A current driver’s licence and if relevant, your own vehicle
