True North Psychology, Counselling and Relationships is looking for a psychologist/social worker/counsellor to join our practice in Brunswick East as a contractor.
The roles are to provide psychological/counselling treatment to individuals and/or couples referred to our practice. Hours and days of work are flexible.
We have strong connections with local medical practices resulting in a diverse case load and opportunities to grow. We see adults who present with a range of conditions such as depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as workplace stress, relationship issues and self development.
In particular we have strong demand for relationships counselling, and this opportunity would be very appealing to a psychologist/social worker/counsellor who is experienced and interested in actively working with couples and has training in this specific area.

What type of practitioner are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualifications and registration with the relevant professional body in psychology, social work or counselling.
- Approved Medicare provider (for individual counselling only)
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
- Experience, training and a strong interest in working with couples and in providing relationship counselling
