  • Brand New Role within Therapeutic Community
  • Based in Wangaratta (Relocation Package and/or Professional Development on Offer – up to 10K)
  • 12mth Fixed Term Full Time Contract (part time will be considered)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Support and empower staff at our Therapeutic Community (TC) to ensure a high-quality of clinical care is delivered to all residents within our vision and model of Care. This role performs duties of a specialised nature based on acquired expertise in the field and will directly lead the Clinical Team and Therapeutic programs within the Therapeutic Community.

Having oversight of the effective operations of the Therapeutic Community from client admission to residency and graduation, this role provides leadership ensuring the clinical and administrative functions pertaining to this process are carried out effectively. You will provide clinical direction, expertise, supervision and support to the staff to ensure high-quality care to residents.

The role is pivotal in the implementation of programs and standards that promote Therapeutic Community values amongst the staff group, residents and their families.

ABOUT YOU

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or other related disciplines.
  • Previous experience in family domestic violence service and or willingness to be trained in Men’s Behaviour Change services.
  • Demonstrated experience in intake, assessment and case management
  • Knowledge and experience in early intervention and prevention program services.
  • The ability to work autonomously

REMUNERATION

Depending on Qualifications – Nursing, Allied Health, Social/Community Services or Psychologist
