Paediatric Psychologist Therapy Pro PTY LTD

JOB DESCRIPTION

“It’s a feeling of being part of a team that genuinely wants to make good things happen for our clients”

About the role

You will join our flagship Therapy Pro for Kids multi-disciplinary team in [location]. With access to industry renowned ECEI professionals, we will support you to draw upon your expertise and devise evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change.

The work we do is sometimes complex and challenging, but with everything you need to learn, grow and reflect it’s also incredibly rewarding.

As a Psychologist at Therapy Pro for Kids, you will:

  • Provide developmental assessments, diagnostic reports and tailored information, to empower parents and carers whilst providing the right support for their child.
  • Work with a highly diverse NDIS caseload with children from 0-12 years.
  • Manage your own caseload and calendar to suit your lifestyle and the needs of your clients.
  • Receive ongoing professional development and opportunities for growth.

You will be able to work from home and in community settings, supporting clients in the environment that best supports their goals and outcomes. Our Assessment Clinics are a valuable resource for you to utilise, creating a welcoming environment for children in a clinical setting that will support your work.

Why work with us?

We’re an ambitious, close-knit team. We don’t do mediocre – we’re unashamedly here to support our clients to achieve outcomes that transform their lives. Part of our strength is that we only take on therapists with the values and drive to excel.

We give you the trust, autonomy, and flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you. Our billable time target is 55% and we make this realistic because we want our employees to have balance, the opportunity to learn, grow and love what they do.

There are a variety of ways that we support and recognise our team including:

  • Fair and competitive salaries
  • Values Awards
  • Growth and Leadership opportunities
  • Generous incentive structure for achieving targets
  • $4,000 professional development allowance (pro-rata for part-time)
  • Focus on personal contribution and progress

  • Travel reimbursements
  • 17.5% leave loading
  • Autonomy, trust and flexibility to structure your own time
  • Diverse and welcoming workforce where you can be you

About You

We know the right person doesn’t come from a tick list; we both need to feel this is the right fit, because there’s a certain feeling you get when you’re in that right place, where you can grow into the therapist you always knew you were capable of being.

Instead, here is a guide to see if you could find that feeling at Therapy Pro:

  • You have an appetite for innovation, a growth mindset and want to be part of a leading ECEI Team
  • You have experience working in or a strong desire to understand the community sector and NDIS market
  • You have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to develop collaborative relations with clients, referrers, and colleagues
  • You are flexible in your approach to working with a variety of clients and their families, operating in an individualised way with each person
