Exciting opportunity for a qualified social worker to join a Regional Public Hospital proving acute services in emergency, maternity, intensive care, rehabilitation, community services, psychiatric in and out patient care, palliative care, renal dialysis and chemotherapy service.

Essential Criteria

• Tertiary qualification in social work
• Registration or eligibility to register with AASW
• Must be a Grade 2 / 3
• Providing patient-centred assessment, intervention and consultative clinical services in cooperation with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Work within the multidisciplinary team
• A positive attitude is a must
• Full drivers license
