Testimonials from team
I look forward to and enjoy showing up to work everyday, not just because of my clients but the team at Involve as well. Being Psychologists themselves, the Directors, Jenna and Gail, are very supportive and equipped to understand the unique stressors that come alongside working in allied health private practice. They are flexible, forward thinking, genuinely value the opinions of their colleagues, and are always open to suggestions for change. Starting out in private practice was initially daunting but they have encouraged my pursuit of individual interests and have made me feel like a valued member of the team. The admin team is also incredibly supportive, friendly, understanding and inclusive. The working environment at Involve has allowed me to maintain my personal value of autonomy and has facilitated both personal and professional growth. I am grateful for the opportunity to work in a flexible, supportive space with like-minded individuals. I would recommend it to any health professional (early career or experienced) who are looking for an encouraging, supportive, and flexible working environment that makes you feel valued and encourages individuality.
Hayleigh – Registered Psychologist, 2 years at Involve
I have been with Involve Health Hub since early 2020 and I feel privileged to be part of the Involve family. I am an early career Psychologist with a young family. I was looking for a workplace that was nurturing, respectful and supported a healthy work-life balance. Involve Health Hub has been all of that and more. I have been able to choose my hours, and work with client presentations I am comfortable with and passionate about. Diversity in all shapes and forms are celebrated here. I truly enjoy the flexibility, the culture, collegiality and opportunities for growth. The admin support is brilliant to say the least. It has been a great opportunity to work with the many clients here. It reminds me why I chose to be a Psychologist in the first place, and I am part of a team that supports that journey. Peer supervision and social catch ups are an added bonus! I would highly recommend being part of this team if job satisfaction, work-life balance, passion for person-centred approach and growth appeal to you.
Sonie, Registered Psychologist, 2.5 years with Involve
I have been working at Involve for just under 12 months and am thankful to work in such a welcoming and supportive practice. I had previously been overwhelmed and disheartened by my experiences within private practices and the support and processes involved. Having the ongoing support from Gail, Jenna and the team within Involve changed how I saw myself as a Psychologist and my career within the health sector. I have always been validated and supported, as well as been provided with flexibility and autonomy in the workplace. I have always been well looked after, whether that was by the admin team or by Gail, Jenna and our team of health professionals. I am provided with high quality supervision regularly and as needed, and I am surrounded by a fantastic group of like-minded and incredible health professionals. I have also experienced personal growth and gained a range of experience that helped me develop professionally. I am incredibly grateful to be part of the team and would not hesitate to recommend it to colleagues across health disciplines (new and experienced).
