ICP is growing and we are currently looking for a new Allied Mental Health Social Worker who is ready to join our team and make a positive change in the lives of our wider community here on the Sunshine Coast.
Flexible working arrangements is possible as a contractor or agreed fixed hours as an employee (part time or full time) depending on the suitable candidate. Successful candidates will have autonomy in choosing their consulting hours, over 3 days, 4 days, or full time. Peer supervision and great support by a dedicated support team is included. We are looking to build and grow our services to also offer group workshops depending on needs and demands of our community should this be of interest to the successful candidate.

Selection criteria includes:
Essential / Desired criteria:
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Eligibility for Medicare provider number
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills (written and interpersonal)
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Dedication to delivering high quality evidence-based services
- Ability to manage a caseload with a variety of presenting difficulties
- Current Police Check
