Who is National 360?

National 360 provides high-quality Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Behaviour Support and AHA services to clients of all ages and abilities within the NDIS, Aged-Care, and Insurance sectors. The role and why you should apply!

Therapists at National 360 provide services to help people presenting with a range of needs and provide them with a better quality of life. Our Therapists provide services in home, clinic, and community settings – providing a range of assessments, reports, and the development/implementation of Behaviour Support Plans.

You’ll form part of a national team but will be able to split your time between the community, home or from our Perth office. We’re lucky enough to have both Conor Hickey and Lorraine Huge-Whittaker in our PBS team to support and guide you. With extensive experience in both the UK and Australia, they’re a wealth of knowledge for therapists looking to grow their skills and experience.

We’re constantly finding ways to expand our knowledge and we understand the importance of constant learning, not just on the job, but also through tailored, individual coaching for each therapist. We’re able to achieve this with a 3:1 therapist to supervisor ratio, and with our Clinical Practice Advisor (CPA) structure. National 360 offers unrivalled opportunities for Internal Professional Development. Our continued growth over the last 3 years means there’s no shortage of opportunities for therapists to excel and progress within the business.

When you join us, you’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, increasing your understanding of holistic approaches to therapy. You’ll be supported by a Clinical Leader for Positive Behaviour Support whose responsibility is to champion best practice for our PBS Practitioners nation-wide. Having access to a Clinical Lead, as well as Clinical Practice Advisors and Team Leaders means that whether you need, either clinical or non-clinical – you’ll have a team close at hand to get the right answers. As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner at National 360 you can expect a varied caseload that can differ depending on your location. With that being said, our unique allocations and senior support structure provides an opportunity to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:
