About Early Autism Services (EAS)
At Early Autism Services, we are passionate about the potential of children. Since our founding in 2008, we’ve believed the best way to develop that potential is through proactive, individualized Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programs that enable families to work hand in hand with licensed professionals.
As a predominantly ABA therapy organization, our team comprises of hundreds of experienced Behaviour Therapists, Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA’s) and other caring professionals who are all committed to supporting autistic children and their families. We provide ABA therapy services for children throughout Australia, United States of America and India.
Our Mission
We take pride in our decade of history in developing and implementing effective, high-quality ABA therapy programs. Since our founding, EAS has grown to one of the largest ABA therapy providers in the world. We provide services throughout Australia, the United States of America and India. We are also the title sponsor of Global Autism Project’s Skills Corp Initiative, which provides autism services to communities worldwide.
Role Purpose
The primary function of a Behaviour Therapist at EAS is to implement high-quality, family-centred behavioural interventions in a 1:1 environment in a child’s natural setting (e.g., home, school) or a clinical setting. As a Lead Behaviour Therapist, the role also includes a training component. This involves training junior BT’s in structured and naturalistic teaching, how to collect, record and graph data and (where relevant) how to correctly implement behaviour intervention plans and behaviour reduction protocols. With the support of the clinical consultant (e.g, BCBA), the Lead Behaviour Therapist will work with the junior BT’s to onboard new clients into EAS service delivery and to upskill less experienced BT’s in the organization.
