The Top Blokes Foundation is growing in Queensland! We have a Part Time role available on the Sunshine Coast.
We are looking for a youth worker who is exceptionally:
- Passionate about mentoring young men.
- Strong facilitators and have the ability to mentor small groups.
- Professional, organised and attentive.
We need the best people to join the Top Blokes Team who are as passionate as we are about helping young men to reach their best selves and become the leaders of today not just tomorrow.

As a Top Blokes Foundation Youth Worker, you will be charged with the delivery of our key programs that inspire, challenge and empower young men to take on the challenge of being a Top Bloke.
You will receive 15+ hours of professional development and training in program delivery and content. You will deliver consistently excellent workshops that connect with young males aged 10-24 as well as the greater community.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of a Certificate IV in Youth Work or related field
- Experience in group facilitation, particularly youth programs
- Have an understanding of young men’s issues including at-risk behaviour and mental health
- Must possess confidence and ability to work with young men in groups
- Able to travel across the Sunshine Coast to work at various sites.
- Must be reliable, punctual and available to work a set roster each school term
- Current drivers licence and reliable car
- Current Paid Working With Children Check
- Vaild Police Check
