We are now looking for an Experienced Mental Health Support Worker who can join our awesome  team in Inner City.

Main Role:

The role is primarily focused on enabling and supporting client  to live their lives as independently as they can.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide patient care and living assistance
Monitor the physical and mental health of patients.
Assist with their daily lives activities 
Plan and prepare meals.
Transport Assistance whenever necessary

About you:

Minimum of one year experience. Mental health experience highly regarded . Excellent  psychological skills to understand the mental state of patients. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to function under pressure. Ability to support patients with mental illnesses. Willingness to assist participants honestly.

Essential Criteria:

Willing to drive, must have own car, drivers license, car insurance, updated car registration. NDIS Screening check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR Certificate, Manual Handling Check.
