Aspect’s PBS practitioners are provided with evidence-based and individualised support and supervision, assisting practitioners to build and develop skills and progress in the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission PBS Capability Framework.

- During induction, we support registration with the Quality & Safeguards Commission as a Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with a very strong individualised support and supervision structure that assists in development of learning & career goals

The not negotiables
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant allied health discipline (Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work etc.) or Education
- Current driver’s licence, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per kilometre) and willingness to travel across your local LGAs
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance for paid employment
- NSW Working with Children Check for paid employment
- Completion of the mandatory NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ is also required. If you have not already completed this free module, click here to access it.
- You may be required to provide an international police clearance
