As part of our consistent expansion plans, we are now seeking an experienced Student Counsellor to join our head office, Sydney team.
Expectations from the Employer:
- Keep Up to date with the latest industry news
- Maintain Counsellor and Sales support process with smooth operation
- Provide an exceptional & ethical level of service to prospective clients
- Assist clients in understanding our services and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and achieving high client satisfaction levels.
- Proactively convert leads into sales to ensure higher conversion rates.
- To complete administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Work with the team to achieve targets set
Client Sales, & Sales Targets
- Educate the clients on our services.
- Be the advocate for the client, understand any potential Obstacles to sale, and work to remove these obstacles.
- Achieve and maintain a high conversation rate of the applications.
- Staying up-to-date with knowledge of university courses, entry requirements, scholarships, etc.
- Making sure to get the application outcome from the provider on time by doing regular follow up.
- Giving marketing insight to the marketing team and supporting the marketing team to produce error-free content.
- Work collaboratively with the migration/ visa team and play a constructive role to convert the clients
Data Management
- Create and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Attend meetings on time
- Comply with all company procedures and policies.
- Perform assigned duties as required by the line manager

- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the industry
- Salary package can be negotiated based on knowledge & experience
