As a Vocational Assessor, you will play a key part in supporting and assisting individuals who have sustained an injury or illness, to make a safe and sustainable return to work.

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting vocational assessments
- Vocational counselling
- Report writing
- Meeting report time frames and set KPIs and other associated tasks
- Developing appropriate and innovative plans to support injured workers manage barriers and return to work
- Liaise with relevant parties to achieve outcomes appropriate
What you’ll bring to the role
- Tertiary qualifications and registration in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- A passion for providing clients with expert vocational guidance
- Ability to produce high-quality reports and communicate sensitively with people from all walks of life
- Exceptional time management and the ability to work well autonomously
- A positive attitude, flexibility and adaptability to change
- Reliable vehicle and Drivers Licence and ability to travel for work
