Salary per hour (exc. super): $44.04 – $48.88 (dependent on skills and experience)
Hours per fortnight: Up to 76hrs
Employment Status: Fixed Term (2 years)

Role Description
The Mental Health Workforce Navigator is a newly created position developed to support the roll out of new Regional Mental Health Workforce incentives to address workforce vacancies in state funded mental health services in rural and regional Victoria. The Navigator will promote Bendigo Health as an employer of choice and will be the key cotact in providing information and support for individuals and their dependents relocating to the Loddon Mallee Region to encourage long term settlement and retention.

The Team
The People and Culture Division supports managers, staff and volunteers working at Bendigo Health through a range of services including workforce planning, resourcing strategies, employee relations, industrial relations, learning and development and workplace health and safety. Payroll and salary packaging also report into this division, providing seamless service for staff from on-boarding and contract development to applying contracts and ensuring staff get the right remuneration.
