BEHAVIOUR TECHNICIAN/RBT
We are currently looking for behaviour technicians to join our organisation commencing in early 2023 to support and implement an intervention program created by a behaviour analyst. They provide supports that build upon an individual’s communication, social interaction, and problem solving skills.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Eligibility for NDIS registration to provide Behaviour Support as a core practitioner
- Highly Desirable- Registered Behaviour Technician® (RBT) certification
- Must have full Australian working rights
Key responsibilities include:
- Direct support in one-on-one and group settings
- Implementation of behaviour support plans
- Collecting and recording data based on the individual’s behaviour
- Communication with participants, parents, and caregivers regarding progress
- Assisting behaviour analysts and assistant behaviour analysts with assessments
- Assisting behaviour analysts and assistant behaviour analysts with the preparation of learning materials
