Due to growth within our organisation, we are currently seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor / Psychologist to join our team to provide Vocational Services across a number of schemes (Occupational Rehabilitation / CTP / Workers with highest needs).

Injured people can access return to work services, case management, occupational therapy, rehabilitation counselling. Working in a multidisciplinary team, you will be providing vocational services to clients who have been injured.
This may include:
- Vocational assessment and counselling
- Return to work services (same and new employer)
- Work Capacity Assessments
- Reviewing avocational and pre-employment options for clients
- Case management services (medical management)
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Support assessments

About you
We are looking for someone who is super organised and driven to achieve the best outcomes for our client group. You must be allied Health Qualified in one of the degrees specified below along with experience delivering occupational rehabilitation services
Must haves:
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling OR Psychology
- Professional Membership with ASORC/ RCAA (or AHPRA if Registered Psychologist)
- Experience in providing Occupational Rehabilitation servivces
- Ability to problem solve
- Skills and /or experience working with clients or persons with a disability
- Working with children check and police clearance
- Current NSW Drivers license and access to comprehensively insured vehicle
- Evidence of Covid 19 vaccination status
Desirable criteria
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
- Ability to set and prioritise lists and workflows
- High level organisational and time management skills
- Great written and verbal communication with an ability to adapt and meet the changing needs of our clients
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience using Microsoft work and outlook
- Experience using a client management database (iinsight/ case manager preferable)
