Our Allied Health professionals work within a holistic whole-of-person model of compassionate care. A growing and dynamic organisation, IWC’s expanding Allied Health operations are based in an award-winning Health & Wellbeing Complex which has just undergone a $20 million expansion.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • We are committed to building a team of therapists who are fulfilled in their role and motivated to make a difference in community.
  • We are looking for a therapist who is holistic, dynamic, innovative, enjoys working collaboratively with others, whilst being capable of working independently. 
  • This position will service a diverse range of clients and is not limited to any specific area. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing comprehensive assessment for clients with broad ranges of conditions.
  • Evidence based therapy intervention either individually or in a group setting.
  • Working closely with families and carers to develop therapy programs specific to individuals. 
  • Working collaboratively with other allied health professionals.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Bachelor/Master of Occupational Therapy.
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ Occupational Therapy experience.
  • Current Registration with AHPRA.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Driver’s Licence.
  • Eligibility to apply for a Medicare Provider Number.

SALARY PACKAGE                 

In addition to your base salary of $80,000 to $120,000, your salary package is worth $25,000 to $30,000 + Percentage of earnings!

Your Salary Package is made up of the following: – 

  • Salary Sacrifice Packaging valued up to $15,990 per annum – adding approximately $5,200 to your take home pay.
  • Meals and Entertainment Package up to $2,600 per annum.
  • 9 Day Fortnight.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Percentage of earnings – 60/40 split in your favour when meeting KPI Targets.
  • 5 weeks annual leave.
  • Professional Development budget – $2,000 per annum. 
  • Paid Professional Memberships, Registrations and Insurance. 
  • Supervision budget for new Graduates (where required).
  • Superannuation valued at 10.5%.
  • Annual Leave Loading of 17.5%.
  • Case conferencing/ multidisciplinary reviews and case discussions.
  • Relocation allowance (if applicable).

As a guide, the salary level is under Award Reference: Health Professionals & Support Services Award (Health Professionals Stream) from Level 2.2 to 4.2 “Modern Awards – Federal 2010”. Salary is negotiable dependent on qualifications and experience.
