About the role:
We are looking for people who want to turn their passion into their purpose. We are currently seeking a part-time Youth Access Worker to join our team at headspace Emerald. Our Youth Access Worker will conduct the initial screening for young people and present it to our multi-disciplinary team including mental health clinicians, community engagement workers, and support staff to determine the best clinical pathway and care plan.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Full COVID-19 Vaccination
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Check Positive Notice or Exemption)
- Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (Disability Services Positive Notice or Exemption Notice)
- Tertiary level qualification in social work, mental health, psychology, occupation therapy, and/or relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in working in youth mental health and / or in-depth understanding of mental health issues, particularly affecting young people, and including best treatment options, support services and co- mobilities.
