ORG:                                        Est 30+ years | 500+ staff | Greater Hunter Services | Not for Profit | Delivers quality primary health, mental health and after-hours care  
  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:       Leadership | Strategy and Development | Risk Management | Organisational Management | Performance & Development | Work Health, Safety & Wellbeing
  
REPORTS TO:                          CEO & COO
  
DIRECT REPORTS:                  Mental Health Line Mangers in: Clinical Care Coordination | Young people | Suicide and Self-harm | Suicide Prevention & Recovery services | Aged Care | AOD
  
ROLE SCOPE:                          Provide Clinical, Operational & Strategic leadership | Implement responsive models of care for emerging health care issues | Identify and respond to service growth and integration opportunities | Leadership and direction to service managers | Ensure clinical governance, risk management, work health, safety and wellbeing are optimally managed | Contractual obligations to funders are met | Joint problem solving with the Executive team | Promote the Org’s strategic direction to ensure KPI and OPF compliance | Ensure practice is undertaken within areas and levels of expertise & within ethical, legal, organisational and profession-prescribed standards

SALARY:                                   $147,000 Base + Super | 5 weeks Annual Leave | Salary Packaging
  
SALARY PACKAGING:            $15,900 of your Base salary is tax free = You can use pre-tax dollars to pay for the following: Up to $9010 to pay for your mortgage, rent or other everyday living expenses | Up to $2650 on meals, entertainment, holiday accommodation and venue hire | The balance can be used for a novated lease or for a car and related expenses
