EAP Clinician – F2F Assure Programs

JOB DESCRIPTION

Choosing to work either full time or part time, in the office / from home / a mix of both, you will join a growing, psychology-based organisation that values experience and is well-respected in the wellbeing industry.

As a Clinician, you will work with your clients to provide short-term solution focused therapy that addresses their current concerns, identifies goals, and supports their journey to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

You can deliver client support through face-to-face sessions, online chat (via our new Health Gateway offering), tele-health, on-call, or a mix across all.

Our growth has opened up opportunities to work in various areas across the business. We are keen to utilise your skills and strengths in the following areas:  counselling and coaching, workplace support and trauma-based work or workplace wellbeing. Choose to specialise in one field or work across all!

What you’ll bring

  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work
  • Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership
  • Broad experience across mental, emotional, lifestyle management and work life concerns
  • Values-led approach to supporting a client’s wellbeing journey
