Two Minds Clinical Practice is a private practice based in Alstonville NSW, offering psychological and allied health services to adolescents and adults. Two Minds Clinical Practice has established an excellent reputation for its expertise in providing services that are evidence-based, high quality, and delivered in a manner that is thoughtful, humane, collaborative, and that values diversity. 

The Two Minds team comprises experienced and passionate clinical psychologists, registered psychologists, and accredited mental health social workers. We are now looking for another skilled and dedicated allied health practitioner to join our incredible team!

  • Access to a consistent and reliable referral base of diverse clients. Capacity to select and curate your clientele and caseload depending on your interest areas and skills.
  • Enjoy ultimate flexibility, autonomy, and excellent earning capacity. The freedom to determine your own consultation fees and the number of clients you see. Capacity to earn $800-$1000 per day (before tax).

  • Access fortnightly supervision and regular professional development sessions.  
  • The opportunity to collaborate with other team members in clinical work. Participate in developing programs across domains such as consultation, clinical supervision, groups and training.

  • Clinicians new to private practice will benefit from extensive support and assistance to help establish their practice. All clinicians benefit from thoughtful systems, structures and processes that support their practice on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide face-to-face and/or telehealth services. 

Key selection criteria:

We are seeking applications from clinical psychologists, registered psychologists, accredited mental health social workers, and occupational therapists, with advanced skills in assessment and evidence-based treatment. 

Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 4 years clinical experience. 

This position is suitable for clinicians with the capacity to work independently and autonomously, but who also benefit from collaborating with others and contributing to a supportive and cohesive team environment.

Applicants must:

  • Be fully registered with AHPRA or AASW.
  • Be eligible to obtain a Medicare Provider Number to provide services.

Successful applicants will also be required to obtain professional indemnity insurance, a National Police Check, a NSW Working with Children Check, and register for an individual Australian Business Number (ABN).
