Rewarding role providing opportunity for a social worker to develop broad skills in a hospital environment.
Provide evidenced based Social Work assessment and interventions to a varied adult client base, both inpatients and outpatients.
Sole practitioner allowance is applicable to this position

Deliver comprehensive services to our adult clients including general counselling, advocacy, advice and education, linking with care providers and discharge planning.

ABOUT YOU:
Bachelor of Social Work (or equivalent) and eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers
Current NSW Drivers Licence
Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
