Mental Health Service Professional Limelight People

JOB DESCRIPTION

Limelight People are currently supporting a growing service in the community looking to increase headcount in their established multi-disciplinary team.

We are keen to speak to candidates with good working knowledge in Mental Health due to the complexity of caseload to be carried. 

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience of carrying a complex caseload in Community Adult Services and a mental health setting
  • Working knowledge in NDIS desired
  • Open to working from home but travelling for site MDT Meetings
  • Qualifications such as – Diploma in Community Services,  Social Work or Nursing essential. 
  • Excellent case management and care coordination skills.
  • Community Development and program management skills
  • History of working in a multidisciplinary team and taking a collaborative approach
  • Current working with children’s check and police check
  • Full driver’s license and access to own car
