The Opportunity…
A full-time opportunity
has been created for an authentic, compassionate leader to take the Wellbeing &Workforce
Development (W&WD) team to the next level. We are looking for a
business-minded individual with a passion for Workplace Wellbeing, Trauma
Informed Care and Mental Health.
The Program Lead is responsible for
the leadership and management of the W&WD team. The role is responsible for
the growth and sustainability of the business unit including operational
planning and implementation of company strategy.
The Program…
The Wellbeing &
Workforce Development (W&WD) team provide a range of workshops and services
to the community to educate and promote a culture of positive mental wellness
in the workplace. Workshops include Trauma Informed Training and Mentally
Healthy Workplaces and can be tailored to the individual business or audience.
The W&WD team also provide vocational counselling.
We’re looking for someone who has…

Qualifications in either psychology,
rehabilitation counselling, occupational therapy or mental health
·
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment with
experience delivering face to face and online training sessions to a diverse
audience
·
A comprehensive working knowledge and
application of strength-based recovery practice
·
Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional
intelligence
·
Leadership and development experience
·
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to
use initiative
·
Resilience and ability to adapt to a fast paced
and changing environment
