LET THE JOURNEY BEGIN
As a Leader, you will be responsible for the management of a single KINNECT location and work closely with the State Manager to ensure a high standard of occupational health and rehabilitation service delivery. Some of your duties will include:-
- The operational management of team members including coaching, training and supervision of staff;
- Meeting KPIs including service delivery quality, productivity and KINNECT Kulture;
- Recruitment of new KINNECTers;
- Managing local customers, including undertaking service reviews and developing basic proposals;
- A small portfolio of service delivery, relevant to your professional qualifications.
