We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated counsellor collaborate with a well-established weight loss practice and work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to our patients with weight management/eating disorders. We have an abundance of referrals and a fully furnished consult room for rent which is set up for face to face or telehealth.  This role would also suit current students and graduates from psychology and social / behavioural science backgrounds who are seeking a career path in counselling. 

Our Practice 

We are a private specialist surgical practice based in Newcastle, who thrive on providing a caring and supportive environment for both our patients and staff – our motto being “treat others as you wish to be treated”.  Our team consists of our primary surgeon, our allied health team, presently consisting of 2 dietitians, and our supportive clerical team. We are all about the wellbeing of our patients, treating them with respect, kindness and compassion, and this is reflected from our patients, who often contact us to thank us for supporting them through their surgical journey and beyond.
