About the Organisation
This organisation is part of the Federal Government of Australia. This position is nested in the Triage and Connect Team (T&C), which is the gateway to all supports under the Client Support Program. Most referrals through T&C are resolved by the T&C team, either via advice or short-term case management. Those requiring longer term case management support are referred into other suitable programs.
