JOB DESCRIPTION

Nabenet is seeking a driven Team Manager Support / Technical Specialist for its Original Employer Services (OES) team. Nabenet is a leading Occupational Rehabilitation Provider in Victoria. We are an independent Australian-owned company and an approved provider for WorkSafe Victoria and Comcare. Nabenet specialises in the management of workplace injuries with a focus on early intervention.

  Customer Service

  • Promote the organisation to increase company growth and assist in developing new products for the company
  • Perform occupational rehabilitation, case management, vocational assessments, private consulting, and training services as per WorkSafe and Comcare standards and the company’s policies and procedures
  • Agent relationship management

Quality

  • OES Team Manager support, including QA, allocations and leave coverage
  • Ensure all external documentation is of an excellent standard
  • Assisting with exception reporting weekly reviews
  • Assisting with OES consultant training and file reviews
  • Ensure compliance with WorkCover legislation relating to OES guidelines and quality assurance of reports across the team, working with the wider OES team to manage workload
  • Provide support to the regional team with report writing assistance and other tasks as required

Outcomes

  • Assist, coach, train, and lead consultants and management team to drive organisational improvement
  • Other Improvement projects and initiatives as directed by OES General Manager

Teamwork 

  • Leave coverage for the team and team managers
  • Assisting with Team Manager and OES Consultant support as required
  • Undertake project work as required. Duties included will be subject to company requirements
  • Actively contribute to marketing the company’s range of services.
  • Contribute to achieving a workplace that is safe and healthy for all staff, contractors, and visitors
  • Effectively demonstrate examples of company values in day-to-day work and relationships

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification, and current registration with the appropriate body, in either Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Worker preferred but not essential if you have relevant Worker’s Compensation industry experience of over 5 years
  • Experience within Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Knowledge and understanding of Workers’ Compensation and injury management
