ACAP is seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill an 8 week casual position for the role of Student Engagement Advisor in January 2023.
You will be responsible for providing student-facing assistance and support for student administration.
This role is perfect for those looking for experience in student services roles, some tasks involve;
- Coordinating the case management of ACAP cohorts and individual students
- Delivering professional advice and services
- Engaging with specialist and academic colleagues to ensure students can successfully progress in their studies
- Contacting students proactively, by inbound and outbound calls, emails and other communication channels.
The role reports to the National Manager of Student Engagement but is critically a part of the wider Student Engagement Team which manages the learning journey of the student from beginning to end.
The candidate we seek will ideally have:
- Experience in customer / student services with strong communication, interpersonal and administration skills
- Be a quick learner to pick up new systems during this 8 week assignment
- Demonstrated confidence and professionalism in all communication and encounters
- Strong ability in Microsoft office, and online platforms
- A customer-first ethos
