Classification: NP81-NP74, YC42-YC45, YB20-YB23
Salary per hour: $42.82 – $54.26 dependent on qualifications
Hours per fortnight: up to 80 (including ADO)
Employment Status: Permanent full-time, permanent part-time

Role Description
Bendigo Health have multiple ongoing opportunities for Lead Clinicians to join a leading health service and make a positive impact in the Echuca community. The Mental Health Lead Clinician provides assessment and treatment, psycho-education and support for patients of Psychiatric Services and their families. In this position you will bring your clinical and personal expertise to an exciting and meaningful role working with the local community. The Lead Clinicians will bring excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence and a compassionate sense of care along with your well-established clinical skills. The successful candidates will have Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work qualifications and proven experience in a community mental health environment.

The Team
Bendigo Health?s Mental Health Services has community based mental health services in Bendigo as well as teams located in 5 rural areas throughout the region – Castlemaine, Kyneton, Maryborough in the South and Echuca and Swan Hill in the North. These multidisciplinary teams provide care to persons living in their communities experiencing mental illness. Child & Adolescent, Youth, and Older Person Services located in the rural areas also have management and clinical governance support by age specific streams located in Bendigo.
