Job Description

About Us:

We love nothing more than seeing our participants achieve their goals, we live and breathe capacity building and hope to empower participants by:

  • Using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals and ultimately our intervention,
  • We use a combination of standardised and non-standardised assessment, curated to the participants needs to guide our clinical reasoning,
  • Delivering much needed (name of profession here) interventions to participants within the setting best matched to their goals, that could be at school, at home, work or in the community, and
  • Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

On a personal level, we are a dynamic bunch of clinicians who exude a passion for disability. We want to see the best in each other, just as we do our participants. We have been known to hold games nights, testing out our new occupational therapy technology or having a wine at a paint and sip, or the local pub. Whether you are keen on coming out and spending time as a team, or your family life and home is your priority – there is a place for everyone!

About you:

  • You’ve been an OT for a while and you’re looking for the next step in your career
  • You’ve had some experience working as an OT within the NDIS landscape
  • Passionate about OT services to vulnerable members of the community
  • Looking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environment!
  • A driver’s license and full access to a vehicle
