- Part-time (0.9 FTE) – 67.5 hours per fortnight

About the role:
Promote positive mental health outcomes for clients in the primary care setting, including;
- Delivery of a collaborative, goal orientated, evidence-based therapeutic interventions and strategies within a primary care setting for eligible clients
- Working with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a collaborative model of care, implementing assessment & treatment services
- Consulting and liaison with other health & community service agencies to facilitate a coordinated approach in treatment and recovery
About You:
- Qualified and experienced Mental Health Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists
- Full registration with relevant registration authority (AHPRA or AASW)
