Tweddle is excited to share we have a unique opportunity to join the team as an Early Parenting Practitioner in our Home Parenting Education and Support Service (HoPES) for a 12 month fixed term contract to work with clients in the Western region.

The HoPES program is an intensive in home support program for highly vulnerable young parents and their families.  This innovative flexible, home based program is design to work alongside families refereed by Child Protection or Family Support Services to improve the outcomes for bables and toddlers.

If you have relevant tertiary qualifications in nursing, children’s services, early childhood development or youth work that loves working with babies, toddlers and families this role may be for you.  Experience in mental health, attachment or understanding of working with families with multiple and complex issues is an advantage.
