About the Role     
Speech Therapists at National 360 provide services to assist persons presenting with a range of needs including complex care, intellectual difficulties, mental health, and behaviours of concern. Our therapists provide services in home, clinic, and community settings providing a range of assessments, therapeutic intervention programs and reports.    
Our unique senior support structure provides an opportunity for you to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload as well as the below:

  • Work in both early childhood and school age settings.
  • Build a caseload of paediatric clients that is varied in nature.
  • Provide and implement evidence-based assessment and intervention across a range of settings including in clinic, the community and telehealth.
  • Have opportunities to work with paediatric clients who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) as well as access one to one clinical support in this area.
  • Provide direct support to children with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
  • Have access to exceptional clinical supervision, peer supervision and mentoring sessions through our local and inter-state senior support system.
  • Participate and learn through local in-house multi-disciplinary learning opportunities.
     

Selection Criteria  

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology  
  • At least 2 years’ experience working as a Speech Pathologist in the private or public sector  
  • SPA Registration  
  • Paediatric experience required
  • Supervisory experience required
  • A learning mindset and commitment to continuous development  NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)  
  • Australian Drivers License
