About the Role
Speech Therapists at National 360 provide services to assist persons presenting with a range of needs including complex care, intellectual difficulties, mental health, and behaviours of concern. Our therapists provide services in home, clinic, and community settings providing a range of assessments, therapeutic intervention programs and reports.
Our unique senior support structure provides an opportunity for you to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload as well as the below:
- Work in both early childhood and school age settings.
- Build a caseload of paediatric clients that is varied in nature.
- Provide and implement evidence-based assessment and intervention across a range of settings including in clinic, the community and telehealth.
- Have opportunities to work with paediatric clients who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) as well as access one to one clinical support in this area.
- Provide direct support to children with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
- Have access to exceptional clinical supervision, peer supervision and mentoring sessions through our local and inter-state senior support system.
- Participate and learn through local in-house multi-disciplinary learning opportunities.
Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- At least 2 years’ experience working as a Speech Pathologist in the private or public sector
- SPA Registration
- Paediatric experience required
- Supervisory experience required
- A learning mindset and commitment to continuous development NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
- Australian Drivers License
